Anime is so deep with characters, I am not sure I could keep up even if I tried. I will have to rely on the internet to tell me who these characters are.
When I look at her costume, it reminds me of the Sgt. Pepper movie with the Bee Gees.

i think you mean the beatles, not the bee gees. sgt pepper had nothing to do with the bee gees.
