Military Costumes

I know the whole Military Costume thing in anime has to do with Japan in World War II. There is a long cultural shadow there. I still think it is interesting. For some reason some of the costumes remind me of Michael Jackson.

FanimeCon San Jose

Nothing says Fanime has come to town like women dressed like this. I do not know the character, but I know she is anime related.

Pussy Cat

It is hard for me to know if a costume like this is a character or just someone who has a catsuit and comic con is a good place to wear it.

Just because you do not know the character in the costume, it does not mean you should not take the picture. It might mean you really need to take the picture.

Unknown Costume

I have no idea who this character is. I have the feeling it is a costume the guy wearing it just made up. You do not see this as much with comic book characters like you do with anime, fantasy or star wars characters.

Flickr Costume Group Review

I have decided to start reviewing the costume groups I contribute to on Flickr. I am going to start with Unknown Cosplay Characters. The idea is that you add photos to this group when you do not know the character. The is great because this is a problem I have all the time. Often I get a clue after a few days. It is really useful.
