The more I see this photo the more I love this costume. I love it because it translate well when I just see the thumbnail. That is one way to define a good costume. I also wonder how this person saw out of this costume. Was everything rose colored for her.
Looks less like a Steampunk diver and more like one of The Residents in ninja battle gear.
