Can never beat him

This guy was walking away from me as I tried to get to get his picture. I wanted to yell "Hey guy I could never beat in Street Fighter," because I can never remember the character's name.

This guy was great. He walked around and he did not look like Balrog. Once I asked to take his picture, he did the perfect Balrog pose.
