Superman and the iPhone

This guy is pretty good looking Superman. I know he is a professional model. I have seen him in a couple of different costumes. I wonder if people in comic books use cell phones now.

Legion Fantastique

They told me that they are H.G. Wells reenactors. Can you reenact something that was fictional? I still think Steampunks are cool. I do not think will last that much longer. I think that it will replaced by something that looks like Post Apocalypse Steampunk

Female Stromtrooper

I love the custom chest plate. I would love to see more stormtroopers like this. Yeah this photo has a lot of views.

Fast Woman

I will admit that I have not kept up that much with the Flash. I read the book in the 90's when Wally West took over for Barry Allen. That comic started with Wally West winning the lottery. I did not keep up with it when characters like Jesse Quick came on the scene. I want to read the new book where they give birth to Barry Allen, but I will have to wait for the graphic novel.

El Chapulín Colorado

He is "El Chapulín Colorado". He is a Mexican personage of a TV program. He is a hero.

Party Pirates

This guy called himself Jack Sparerib. He gave me his card saying that he does party and corporate events. I wonder if he did this before the Pirates of the Caribbean movie.

Emperor's Guard

The Emperor's Guards are figures in Star Wars that only appear for a few moments. You would assume that they are tough, but who knows. Maybe the Emperor is so tough he can have wimps guarding him.

Grendel Hunter Rose

Personally I think Grendel is one of the top ten Non-Marvel/Non-DC characters. The character was a great anti-hero. I wish Grendel got more respect.

Joker

I think this is the best Heath Ledger, Joker Costume I saw at Comic Con last night.

Prince and the Katamari Ball

Matching costumes are really cool. I love this because it is thoughtful and hard to do. This one took a lot of thinking. It is great that a second person is being the gravity ball. Yeah it could have been done better, but it is the first time I have seen it.

Quest Giver

I thought this was a great costume. He was giving out quests for people to take pictures. I wonder if I will run into him this year.

Ms. Marvel

I know this costume looks great because of her body. It is a great costume, but she looks better than her costume. On top of that, she was really nice.

Brain Slug

I am not sure if this is really a costume or just hair band. I love seeing that at comic con.

Old School Cylon

You got to love the old Cylon costumes. This guy was a little short, but the costume was still cool.

Starscream

You do not see very many Transformers costumers. It might be because it is to hard to do. I like how this costume has a very cartoony aspect. He is more than meets the eye.

Ultimate Black Cat

This is a great costume. I always loved Black Cat, but I have never read Ultimate Spider-man. I liked her type of anti-hero. I expect that Brian Michael Bendis did a good job.

Power Man Skrull

I love this costume because it is a reference to the issue of Marvel's Secret Invasion where the heroes are stuck in the Savage Land. I am not sure if that issue was out at the time I took the photo or if the guy just picked a 70's hero costume to dress like a Skrull.

Dethklok

I love these costumes because they are subtle. When I first saw them I did not realize they were in costumes. I took me a minute to get it. This is great at a convention where so many costumes are obvious.

Black Spiderman

I think this guy is a professional model. I have seen him a couple of times at Comic Con. I am surprised that marvel and DC have not done this to more characters.

The Princess

For some reason I love costumes from Super Mario Brother games. I think they are really cool. There is something about Video Game Costume.

Baseball Furies are F'n Metal

I was really happy to see someone dressed up like a member of the Baseball Furies. I am not sure any other gangs from the Warriors.

Green Hornet

This guy was wearing this Green Hornet costume way before it was announced that Seth Rogen is going to star in the Green Hornet movie. I think he looks like Seth Rogen would look like as the Green Hornet

Who you gonna call???

For some reason guys in Ghostbusters costumes hang in groups of three or four. I am not sure why. I think they might kick out guys if there are more then four of them.

Frogger

I was never a big fan of Frogger in the Arcade. The game never seemed that interesting to me.

Batman 66

This is a great Batman costume. I am impressed that this costume looks so good on this guy. He might just be Batman.

Party Pirates

These guys do parties. You can hire pirates. With recent actions of real life pirates, it seems like something you do not want to do for a party.

Troops

There is little interesting about Stormtrooper costumes. Comic Book conventions are just packed with Stormtroopers. You need to find ways to make interesting photos with Stormtroopers, you just need to be active.

Jack the Jedi

I really love this costume. I love the idea of dressing like a fast food clown and a Star Wars character at the same time. I also love the father-son aspect of this costume. I want to see more costumes like this.
